1. The Bosnia and Herzegovina has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Just Transition in Select Coal Regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of IT equipment for Project Implementation Unit staff (PIU).
2. Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry now invites sealed Quotations from eligible Suppliers for Supply and delivery of IT equipment for Project Implementation Unit staff (PIU). Location of delivery is Bosnia and Herzegovina – Sarajevo
3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, Project Implementation Unit, Ervin Kreso, ervin.kreso@jtbih.ba.
5. The bidding document in English language will be provided in electronic copy to all interested eligible Suppliers upon the submission of a written application/request to the address below. Interested Suppliers are requested to provide the following details under application/request: full name of the company, address, contact details (phone number, and email address). The document will be sent via an email.
